What to Expect

As a new Total Mind Training client, you'll start your Neurofeedback training with an initial consultation. Your recommended Neurofeedback regimen is determined based on your needs. Regular sessions are recommended for optimum results.

Your initial Neurofeedback consultation will include:

  • Discussion of the issues you wish to address
  • Discussion of your goals
  • General inventory of yourself and your main concerns
  • Your first Neurofeedback training session
